Organized by Pomegranate Institute & EMD

Terms and Conditions: Text

1. Registration and Payment:

  • A completed registration form and full payment are required to secure a place in the camp.

  • All fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable once the payment is completed, regardless of attendance or cancellation for any reason.

  • If the summer camp is cancelled by Pomegranate Institute & EMD, parents are entitled to a full refund of all fees paid.

2. Age Groups and Eligibility:

  • We accept participants from ages 4 to 17.

  • Camp activities are organized by age groups to ensure appropriate learning and interaction.

  • Children must fall within the accepted age range at the start of the camp.

  • We do not mix age groups — each group follows a program tailored to their age.

3. Health and Safety:

  • Parents/guardians must disclose any medical, behavioral, or developmental conditions at the time of registration.

  • All children must be potty-trained and able to participate independently or with minimal supervision, based on age and activity.

  • Pomegranate Institute & EMD reserves the right to contact parents/guardians to collect a child who poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

  • By enrolling your child in the camp, you acknowledge and accept that all camp activities — including physical exercise — are undertaken at the parents' own risk and discretion.

  • We hereby declare that EMD Fitness Centre / Pomegranate Institute is not responsible for any injury, illness, or death that may occur during your child’s participation in the camp.

  • The camp and its staff will take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety; however, final responsibility rests with the parent or guardian.

  • Our staff may assist younger children with changing clothes after sports sessions, if required, in a respectful and appropriate manner following child protection guidelines.

4. Emergency Authorization:

  • In the event of a medical emergency, Pomegranate Institute & EMD has the authority to seek appropriate medical attention.

  • Every effort will be made to contact the parent/guardian immediately.

5. Code of Conduct:

  • Campers must respect instructors, staff, fellow participants, and camp property.

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior, bullying, or repeated non-compliance may result in dismissal from the program.

  • No refunds will be issued in such cases.

6. Drop-Off & Pick-Up:

  • Children must be signed in and out by an authorized adult.

  • Written permission is required if someone other than the registered guardian will collect the child.

7. Liability Waiver:

  • Pomegranate Institute & EMD is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

  • While all safety precautions will be taken, participation in physical and creative activities carries inherent risks.

  • By enrolling, parents accept these risks and release Pomegranate Institute & EMD and its staff from any liability.

8. Media Consent:

  • Photos and videos may be taken during camp sessions for promotional purposes.

  • If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please notify us in writing before the camp starts.

9. Modifications:

  • Pomegranate Institute & EMD reserves the right to adjust camp schedules, instructors, or activities if necessary.
