
Terms And Conditions

1. Registration and Payment:

A completed registration form and full payment are required to secure a place in the camp.

All fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable once the payment is completed, regardless of attendance or cancellation for any reason.

If the summer camp is cancelled by Pomegranate Institute & EMD, parents are entitled to a full refund of all fees paid.
2. Age Groups and Eligibility:

We accept participants from ages 4 to 17.

Camp activities are organized by age groups to ensure appropriate learning and interaction.
-
Children must fall within the accepted age range at the start of the camp.
-
We do not mix age groups — each group follows a program tailored to their age.
3. Health and Safety:

Parents/guardians must disclose any medical, behavioral, or developmental conditions at the time of registration.

All children must be potty-trained and able to participate independently or with minimal supervision, based on age and activity.

Pomegranate Institute & EMD reserves the right to contact parents/guardians to collect a child who poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

By enrolling your child in the camp, you acknowledge and accept that all camp activities — including physical exercise — are undertaken at the parents' own risk and discretion.

We hereby declare that EMD Fitness Centre / Pomegranate Institute is not responsible for any injury, illness, or death that may occur during your child’s participation in the camp.

The camp and its staff will take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety; however, final responsibility rests with the parent or guardian.

Our staff may assist younger children with changing clothes after sports sessions, if required, in a respectful and appropriate manner following child protection guidelines.
4. Emergency Authorization:

In the event of a medical emergency, Pomegranate Institute & EMD has the authority to seek appropriate medical attention.

Every effort will be made to contact the parent/guardian immediately.
5. Code of Conduct:

Campers must respect instructors, staff, fellow participants, and camp property.
-
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior, bullying, or repeated non-compliance may result in dismissal from the program.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.
6. Drop-Off & Pick-Up:

Children must be signed in and out by an authorized adult.
-
Written permission is required if someone other than the registered guardian will collect the child.
7. Liability Waiver:

Pomegranate Institute & EMD is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

While all safety precautions will be taken, participation in physical and creative activities carries inherent risks.

By enrolling, parents accept these risks and release Pomegranate Institute & EMD and its staff from any liability.
8. Media Consent:

Photos and videos may be taken during camp sessions for promotional purposes.
-
If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please notify us in writing before the camp starts.
9. Modifications:
-
Pomegranate Institute & EMD reserves the right to adjust camp schedules, instructors, or activities if necessary.
